Cancellation Policy

Appointment Cancellation Policy: If you (Client) must cancel or reschedule your appointment, it is required at least 48-hours notice (2+ days) in writing by text (Highly recommended) or call and leave a message for changes of your appointment. Agreement to this policy is required in order to book your appointment with Emily Park because of up to 5-hours of appointment time may be reserved for you. Due to the length of these long sessions, it may only allows me to take up to two new client appointments per day, making appointments very limited. Cancellations with-in 48 -hours is NOT ALLOWED through online, If you (Client) must cancel your appointment with-in 48 hours, please contact directly by texting me or call and leave me a message. Without any notice of your cancellation text or call/voicemail with-in 48 hours, it will automatically result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service amount. (Non refundable) “No Show Policy: Any “No shows” will be automatically charged 100% of the scheduled service amount (Non refundable) and you will NOT allowed to book again with Emily Park. If you (Client) must have a reasonable exception of your no show, please contact me directly by texting/call or leave me a voicemail (If I don’t pick up my phone) with-in 48 hours to able to book your appointment again with Emily Park. (No show fee is still required to charged with this situation). The cancellation fee and/or any service fee will be charged to the credit card on file. Late Arrival Policy: I want to make sure that we have the scheduling capacity for all my valued clients while maintaining a high quality of care and beautiful results. With that, I only allow for a 15-minute grace period for a late arrival. If you know you are going to be late, please message me directly by text or please leave me a voicemail with your full name so the schedule can be adjusted for you. If you are repeatedly late, longer than 30 minutes WITHOUT a LATE ARRIVAL NOTICE, you will be automatically asked to reschedule your appointment for another day and will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service amount immediately. If you have noticed me with your late arrival longer than 15 minutes of your appointment, you will be automatically asked to reschedule your appointment for another day and will result in a fee of 30% of the scheduled service amount immediately.
